All dates and locations shown are tentative and are subject to change. Classes may be cancelled up to two weeks prior to the published date at the Institute's discretion. The decision to confirm or cancel a Co-Host class is made 3 weeks prior to the class starting date and is dependent on the number of registrations received. Therefore, it is important that you register your student(s) as soon as you know they will be attending. Do not wait for your agency purchase order to be prepared. You may fax the PO copy to the APCO Institute as soon as it is available but please no later than 10 days prior to the class start date. If you have any questions or concerns, call the Institute at 888-272-6911.
To register on-line, click on the circle in front of the class and then click on Submit at the bottom of the page. Fill out the registration form and submit it to complete the registration. This form must be completed for each class in which you wish to enroll. You may download a registration form in PDF format and FAX it to 386.322.9766 or mail it in. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the file.
LATE FEE: Any registration received within ten (10) days of the class start date is subject to a $25.00 late registration fee, and must be included with the tuition payment. This does not apply to the Radio Tech test.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Any registration cancelled more than 21 days prior to the start of the scheduled course will receive a refund minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations less than 21 days before the class will receive a 50% tuition refund.
No shows or cancellations the first day of class are not eligible for a refund.
This policy applies to all APCO Institute courses and seminars.
The Institute Online provides access to APCO courses at a place and time convenient to you through technology. Students who enroll in Institute Online classes will be assessed a $50 Distance Learning fee.
All courses are subject to an APCO International member discounted price for members in good standing. Contact the APCO Institute for more details.
