Calltakers Desk Reference for Missing & Exploited Children

The Missing Children Guidecards are based on the APCO International American National Standard, released last year, and serve as a reference specifically for emergency calltakers to present the missing and/or sexually exploited child response process in a logical progression from the initial call through the first response.

These cards serve as a tool that the front-line telecommunicator can use to perform the duties of Public Safety telecommunications. They contain an All Callers Interrogation card and are organized in two sections: Vital Points Questions and Pre-Arrival Instructions.

This convenient desk reference is made of durable material and produced in a flip chart style and an easy to follow format.

To order please contact the Institute at 888-272-6911 or print an order form.
